Talbot Treasures: A Community Show and Tell of History and Heirloom

June 12–14, 2025
Waterfowl Festival Building, Easton, Maryland

As part of the Talbot250 celebration, we invite you to explore Talbot Treasures—a one-of-a-kind community exhibit highlighting the personal artifacts, documents, and heirlooms that tell the story of Talbot County.

Hosted in partnership with the Waterfowl Festival and the Talbot Historical Society, this interactive event brings local history to life through the eyes—and collections—of the people who call Talbot County home. From family letters and antique tools to treasured keepsakes and photographs, each item on display helps piece together the fabric of our shared past.

Whether you're showcasing a cherished object or just coming to explore, Talbot Treasures is an opportunity to connect, reflect, and celebrate the unique stories that make up our community.

Event Schedule:

  • Item Drop-Off: June 11–12, 2:00–6:00 PM

  • Preview Night: Friday, June 13 4:00-6:00PM

  • Public Viewing: Saturday, June 14 10AM-2PM

Want to share your treasure? Community members are encouraged to pre-register their items for inclusion in the exhibit. All items must have a connection to Talbot County. Details and forms will be available soon.

Join us in honoring the past and preserving our stories for generations to come.
